Finding the Perfect Gig Tags
So gig tag, which ones to use for your gigs? Now, what I like to do is for each gig that I have, I will go to all of my biggest competitions or competitors sorry, on the platform. And I will ultimately look at what they're using, then I will look at what tags are working the most often. So for example, if I see someone who's got a lot of um a lot of reviews and they're doing quite well on the platform, they obviously must be doing quite a good service, but also as well, I'll look at the tags that they're using and I'll also look at the tags that the ones who are not as well kind of, you know, established on the platform are using. Then I will choose my tags based on that. I know that fiber also has a seller plus membership where you can do kind of key keyword research in regards to tags. And I believe that the tags that they have that they use are ultimately the ones that, that are the best searched or most searched for. So that might be worthwhile doing as well also as well. What you ...
can do is go to the search bar and search for these things, the automatic results. So for example, if I start to type in brand and then brand name comes up just automatically, um that's something that I want to be typed into my profile. If I type brand and it's uh you know, brand naming service, then that is something that I want to add in. So whatever's kind of automated and your client is most likely going to be clicking on your potential clients going to be most likely clicking on before they actually see your service. That is where you want to be. So essentially your tags need to be based on what your client is most likely to be clicking on what they're most likely to be searching. So base your tags on their most likely search terms and you should show up a lot more often. So hopefully that gives you a little bit of advice and I will see you in the next video.
