Creating the Perfect Gig Thumbnail
So Gig thumbnails. Now, I have a very specific approach in regards to Gig thumbnails and it's a little bit different for me because my thumbnails ultimately showcase all the different brands that I've worked with. And apart from the, the logo design one where I actually showcase logo design work because it's a visual thing. That is ultimately the only difference. I just showcase all the brands that I've worked with and uh ultimately showcase the the types of brands that I've created and worked with from the past, you know, kind of recent six months. The logo design is a little bit different because it ultimately requires me to showcase my design skills, right? That's very, very different. So ultimately, within your thumbnail, you want to showcase a credible thumbnail, which is going to position you as an expert in the particular field that you are showcasing your expertise within. So for example, if it is website design, you need to showcase a website design that you've done within the...
actual thumbnail. If you have, if you're doing painting, for example, your thumbnail needs to showcase your actual work, your painting. If you, you know, for example, have expertise in marketing, then you can either showcase some brands that you actually have or you could potentially showcase yourself at, speaking at an event or actually speaking to a client and showcasing different options to the client. It is very, very important that you really look credible and established at all times within your thumbnail, especially if you're using a picture of yourself. But also as well, remember that when you're actually going through people's profiles on fiver, it automatically goes to video if you have a video. So make sure that your video is super, super high end. If you don't have a video, then just make sure that your picture and your actual thumbnail showcases your work and expertise and showcases that you know what you're talking about. That's ultimately what a client's wanting to do and see so they can click on your profile and learn a little bit more about you in your gig. OK. So hopefully that helps you and I will see you in the next video.
