Setting up automated Calendly meetings
So setting up automated meetings with calendly. Now currently has by far been one of the most impressive investments that I've made in regard to automating my business and also automating my engagement with clients. So instead of going back and forth, like I used to in the first, maybe one or two years of actually running my branding agency, I used to have to ask them for their time zone and figure out a time that suited both of us and just do a million and one things before we actually found a meeting time that made sense for both of us. Because obviously at the time I was living in China, then Dubai, then Georgia and now, you know, the South East of Asia, it it was a nightmare to be quite honest with you and obviously different clients from different time zones in America, in Australia, everywhere around the world, it would take up so much time. So I'm really super glad that I found calendly because it allowed me to simply send a single link to every single client for a specific purp...
ose for them to book a call with me to talk about a specific topic. So for example, I have one link for 15 minute discovery meetings. I have one for naming, I have one for logo development, one for website development, one for strategy and one for consultation. So one hour blocked out where people actually pay me $ for one hour of consultation time. Now, in regards to setting up your own calendar links, I suggest you start off with the free package where you simply just start off with one or two links to allow people to set up calls with you. And you can do the super easy and also insert it into your email signature into your fiber. For example, when someone actually messages you, you can actually just send them the automated link to book a 15 minute discovery call with you. So you don't have to reply to them and speak to them in the messages box. You can do anything you want with that calendar link and it's going to make your life a million times easier. It's going to allow you to set up client calls far more seamlessly. And most importantly, it makes it so much easier for your client to set up calls because instead of trying to manage their schedule and then worry about your schedule. All they do is just click on one link, they get sent to a page where all of your availability is there right in front of them and they can just click whichever works. For them. This is a huge time saver. And if you haven't got this in place already, I would suggest you do it right away. Anyway. I hope you found this little tip helpful. I look forward to seeing you in the next lesson. See you soon.
