Action - Export Keyword Report & Put in Google Sheets
in this video, we're gonna take your ad campaigns that you've been running and download it as an ad report. So you can analyze this data and determine what is actually working for you and what is not. First thing you're gonna want to do is go to amazon seller Central from here. Once you're logged in, go to advertising and then click campaign manager. Once you click campaign manager you're going to be loaded into your dashboard where you can see your campaigns, there's one button over on the side called Ad Reports and in the Ad Reports button, once you click on that, you'll be brought into an area where you can download these ad reports, amazon just updated this so you can see all the new ad reports. If you've used these old reports before you can access them here. Or just use the new report. Once you create this, you can select the report type, I would use search term, keep the report name unless you want to change it, select your report period, whichever time you've been advertising a...
nd use the total data units. Once you do that, create the report and you'll get a download file right here. Once you download that, you'll get an Excel file, that is X. L. S. X. Additionally, if you want to access your old reports, you can access them right here with the buttons. Similarly, you can download this report and instead of an Excel file you'll get a text file regardless of what you do. They are right there for you. And then you can open up google sheets for some reason you don't have Excel. If you're familiar with Excel, you're welcome to use that but I use google sheets because it's free. Go to sheets dot google dot com, then create a new blank spreadsheet by clicking the plus button, first titled your spreadsheet. I'm gonna call it amazon PPC and it will be loaded from there. You can select a file open or import. I'm going to import a file in this case, then you can go to upload select the file from your computer. In this case I'm gonna go to downloads and I'm going to select one of these campaigns that I have. This is a text file. Additionally, you can also use Excel file to import it directly into here. Once it's imported, you can select a different type of different set of things. I'm going to create a new spreadsheet detect automatically and convert text to numbers and dates and then you go ahead and click import data. Once it's imported, you can open now and this will show you the campaign report directly in here. All parsed out Great job.
