ou wanna do is you want to figure out their preferred mode of communication and use that once you use that it will show you what they want and they'll respond super quickly to you as I re discussed. Speed is of essence and if they reply faster it will be so much more helpful. Sometimes suppliers through email or alibaba chat could take two days or longer. I've had some particularly a month to get back to me and I don't even want the product by that point, it's completely irrelevant. So I would find out what they like and then use that you can even use a combination of these. For example, you can use email, WhatsApp and maybe even Skype, whatever they they work best with. For example when you want to chat and figure out new products or things about your product that you're looking at, maybe use what's up for Skype. But then when you actually want to deal with invoices, use email. So just remember communication with your supplier is very important. So figure out what they're using and use that to in the next video, we're going to review everything we've discussed today.
