Lyrics Introduction

Hello and welcome to this section all about writing lyrics as a songwriter or a producer, you don't necessarily have to be able to write lyrics, but it can be an important skill. A lot of people who aren't musicians will listen to more songs that have a lyric based, more songs that have more of a story for them. Of course, you can create a story through your arrangement. But for non musicians generally, they will want lyrics to listen to a lot of people listen to songs just for the lyrics. So if you want your song to have a commercial reach, I definitely recommend learning how to write your own lyrics when working with singers. Sometimes they're lyricists as well and sometimes they are just singers. So it's a good idea if you are going to work with a singer to still know about lyrics, still know about storytelling in your music. So definitely still go through these lectures, even if you're not a singer, even if you're not a lyricist, it is still an important part of songwriting. So jum...
