Using Topics And Guides To Answer Your Questions
So post topics are a really easy way to cluster or group your community post so that it's easier for people to find something. They can click on a topic and see all the different posts that are related to that topic or interest. So if you look here we have all the different topics. No excuse november reviews. Facebook ads. When you look at a new post, if you want to tag it and assigning a topic you click on the three dots, it's gonna give you the option here to edit post topics and then I can add it right? So if this is an announcement, I can go through my topics, find the announcement selected and then just add it. So if you can't find it in this case I can say announcement, I can target, save it and then you'll see that the post is now tagged as announcements. So when people go to the topic and try to find announcements, they'll find this one as well. This is an example of how I use topics but I usually cluster post into reviews, product questions. New members frequently asked questi...
ons or topics that are related to specific exams. So you have like the 100 Digital marketing Associate exam eight of the post that I found interesting and I think new members will also find interesting. This is a good way to cluster your posts and also for people to find information quicker so that you don't have similar questions being asked over and over again. And this is an example of how I use topics to manage content within my group. So guides can also help you organize your content so that new members know where to start and what to do. This used to be called units by facebook, and now it's called guides. You can build onboarding series through your guides, you can upload different posts so that people understand how to get started and how to engage with your community immediately. In my case, we have facebook campaign structures, facebook pixel guides, buying option audiences, facebook exams, questions, different guides that can help people go through different topics. In the next lesson, I'm gonna go over how to manage your community, a key step in building a thriving community. What do you do when there's conflict and how do you build the right principles to guide your members?
