Metrics And Reports To Measure Your Facebook Groups

So now it's time to measure whether all of that energy that you're putting into your community is actually working, is your community growing. Are they're engaging more with all of the things that you're pushing? If you don't measure things, it's going to be really hard to know whether you're moving in the right direction and you're moving in trying to accomplish those goals that you set up in the previous chapters as well. In the next lessons, we're gonna go over tools like group insights and also different metrics are going to be using to measure the success of your business, like number of leads, number of sales, traffic coming from your community and everything they're going to be using to measure the success of your online community facebook group. So on the left side you'll see under your menu an option for insights and there's two important types that you should be aware and use growth and engagement group insights. It's a really great way to measure the success and health of yo...

ur community. Facebook has slowly done a much better way improve to give you insights metrics to measure different aspects of your group. So I want to cover the most important ones that you will be using. These are some of the most important things that I think you should be half visibility and facebook does a really good job in allowing you to measure and understand what's happening with your group. The first one is understand whether your group is growing or not and how active they are. So how many members are you getting? How is your community growing? Who are the most active members? Who are your top contributors? Why? Because you want to mention them, you want to celebrate with them. Those are the users that you want to keep. You want to help them keep being engaged within your community over time. And three, you want to identify which content is working and which one isn't. So on the post side, you're gonna be able to see which of your posts are getting most engagement reach through specific time frames so that you can have a better understanding of what's really happening within your community. So, when you go into group insights, you're gonna see the two main options. One is growth and within growth here is we're going to be able to see how your community is engaging with your content? What are the Popular Days Times and which posts are getting the most traction? So, you're gonna be able to see how is my community doing? How active is the community? How many people have I approved this or rejected? Right. And with an engagement, you're going to be able to see as well, how engaging is your community here is where you can see what contents working? What are the Popular Days Times, which posts are getting the most traction? How many posts are you getting? How active is your community? What are the Popular Times Days? And what are the posts that are getting the most reach engagement within your community. So those are the most important metrics that you want to be measuring on a weekly basis.
