Confirming Your Brand Positioning
1 (bright music) 2 Okay, so we've developed your customer persona. 3 We found the best ways to win against your competition. 4 We've developed your brand's purpose, 5 your brand vision statement, your brand mission statement, 6 your brand values, and your tagline. 7 Now, everything seems to be coming together quite nicely, 8 and hopefully this process has really helped clarify 9 what your brand's about, what you stand for, 10 and also how you can communicate better as a company. 11 If somebody asked you, you should be able to tell them 12 what makes your brand special, who your target audience is, 13 why you are actually targeting them, what problem you solve, 14 and also how you are strategically going to compete 15 and win in your marketplace. 16 Now, finishing and confirming everything in this course 17 is ultimately your brand's positioning, 18 but it is just the first step 19 of your brand building journey. 20 And the next step of the brand building journey 21 is to bring everyt...
hing that you've done so far 22 to life visually. 23 This includes things like designing the perfect logo, 24 creating your brand name, 25 trademarking both of them successfully, 26 building an amazing website, choosing your color palette, 27 finding the perfect fonts, 28 writing in your unique brand's voice, 29 choosing the perfect photography style, 30 and so, so much more. 31 Now as we mentioned earlier on in the course, 32 to get that feeling when you see a brand 33 and everything just feels just right, 34 you need to make sure that all of the pieces 35 within your brand jigsaw fit together effortlessly. 36 And this feeling is generated when we trust the brand 37 because everything's so consistent 38 and everything makes so much sense. 39 Every single piece of your brand's jigsaw 40 has to work together in order to showcase 41 the bigger picture. 42 And some of the most important pieces within your brand 43 are going to be found and developed 44 in the brand expression stage. 45 Now the next module, Module Two Brand Expression, 46 is available now if you'd like to enroll 47 and continue your brand building journey with us. 48 Now before we move on to Module Two Brand Expression, 49 we need to make sure that everything 50 in regards to your brand strategy 51 is perfectly presented in your Lancaster Academy 52 of Design & Brand guidelines and booklets. 53 Remember, this should be downloaded and you should complete 54 each page as you go through the courses. 55 And by the end of finishing all modules, 56 you're going to have the perfect brand guidelines 57 to cover your brand strategy, your brand visual expression, 58 your product development, your brand's marketing, 59 and also your brand's management. 60 Now, if you've already been completing your guidelines 61 as you move through the course, 62 then that's incredible and I would really appreciate it 63 if you could share what you have so far 64 as a project in this particular course 65 so I can give you constructive feedback 66 and help you to refine things even further. 67 Now the booklet should not be finished just yet, 68 because we still have four modules to go, 69 but it's going to give you the best start possible 70 in regards to starting your brand 71 and getting off on the right foot. 72 And I literally am so excited to see the ideas 73 that you come up with and see the different 74 unique brand positionings that all of the students 75 that take this course are going to create. 76 It is literally going to be so, so fulfilling to see 77 how many students and how many entrepreneurs just like you 78 are helped and supported with this course. 79 Now as I said before, the next module 80 that we should be going to is brand expression. 81 Now, obviously you don't have to take all the modules, 82 but just take a look at them 83 and see which ones are going to be the most valuable 84 to you personally and your unique journey. 85 And to be honest, even by just completing this module, 86 you are already a million steps ahead of 99.9% of people 87 who are trying to start a brand themselves. 88 And to be completely honest, if you do all five modules, 89 you're gonna be unstoppable. 90 Thank you so much by the way, for giving me your time 91 and trusting me to guide you through this process. 92 I know how much it means to you to build a brand 93 that is gonna be super successful, 94 and I hope to see you in the next module, 95 Module Two for Brand Expression, 96 but if you could take just two seconds just as a thank you 97 to leave a positive review on this course, 98 it's going to allow this course 99 to reach more entrepreneurs just like you 100 to help more people build the best brand possible, 101 which is ultimately gonna help you 102 because we're gonna be able to reinvest everything 103 that we make from the courses and the resources 104 that we sell through the Lancaster Academy of Design & Brand 105 to make more courses and more resources and more tools 106 to help you build the best brand possible. 107 So yeah, taking two seconds and leave a review 108 will be amazing, but apart from that, 109 thank you so much for your time again, 110 and I hope to see you again soon. 111 (bright music)

I was actually astounded how practical and easy this course was to implement into my own brand and put into action. Most other 'strategy' and branding courses are all theory. This course helped me go from nothing to a brand strategy in less than a few hours. Incredible and will be checking out more of their courses in future.

Concise and relevant. You can follow along with your own brand template (it is a powerpoint file FYI). Information is all very actionable and doesn't fluff on too much. The video editing can be a bit offputting at times, and the moments of humour may not be for everyone but i think the information and the structure is all on point.
