Bottom Side of Camera
on the bottom of the camera. You'll have a serial number record that for insurance purposes. That is where the speaker is located. It's a slightly unusual position for a speaker, but you're needing to hear the sound a little bit better. You might want to pick the camera up or arrested on something so that sound comes out a little bit more easily. Tripod socket is where all the standard tripod accessories air gonna hook up. And this is where also, you could hook up the X Pro two hand grip, which I do have on my camera here. If you want to get a close up shot of the front of the camera here, I put on the this grip because I like it because it gives me definitely ah, better finger grip on the side of the camera. It also has an arc, a Swiss mounting system on it. And so if we look at the side of the camera, you got a close up of the side of the camera down here and let's get this lined up so you can see exactly what's going on right there. e how this slides in and out of its system here. And so there's a lot of systems that use this arkus twist style and slides right in here, and it's already very steady, and so the camera's not gonna fall out of their. It can slip out. It doesn't slip out on this site because it's actually got a stopper there. But it only slips out on this side. And so this is really nice for anyone who uses a tripod a lot of the time or just wants a little bit better finger grip on the camera right there. And so allows me to hold the camera little bit steadier, especially with the back part of this. It's a nice little grip on there. And so if your hand holding your camera lot or you're using it on a tripod, it's just a nice little accessory that I like on the camera. All right, okay, so there is a little door beside the battery door that opens up, and this is for use with the CPI W 1 26 of the D C couple of power adapter. There are some people who use this maybe for scientific reasons or in a studio, and they need to have constant power to the camera. And so if you don't want your battery to die and you can't have that happen, you get these power adapters and that Little Corp runs out that little door, and you can leave your camera powered up, plugged into the wall, running on power 100% of the time. So next up we look inside is where our battery is, and this is the only brand of camera that I have ever used that uses a square battery that is easy to figure out how to install the battery. And it's because of that stupidly simple Orange Square lets you know exactly where that needs to go in relationship to the battery release. And so thank you, Fuji, for making that so easy comes with a little travel charger, and it has a little indicator that lets you know when it's charged and so forth. And one of the things is that is not supplied with this camera is a duck head adapter, and this is a little adapter that can turn your charger into a travel charger. And if I could have some help in the studio. I have a little duck had adapter that I set aside over here. I forgot Bring out on the table here. But this will save you from using the long cord that comes with the charger because it has this really long charger, long charging court. And you gotta plug this court in that extends way off to the side. And so you can buy these little duck head adapters and it's just a simple little device. If you guys want to get a close shot here on the side, you can see how this works. Over here, it's a standard apple adapter that a lot of people are used to for those people who use apple adapters. And then you can just simply plug that in here, and it becomes a travel charger that you can plug into the wall. And if you see the profile, that's why they call it a duck. Had adapters. It looks like a little duck, and so these can be purchased on Amazon. I just know that I'm gonna lose him. So I went and I found some place that had, like, a pack of three of them for 10 box. And so I used those on these Chargers, and that way I don't need that big cable cord running out of it. And so I think that's a real handy device to have. If you're willing to spend a few extra bucks. I like to know how much life is left in my battery. And if you look on the display option where you get information about your shutter speed and aperture up in the right hand corner, it gives you an exact read out of the life that is left on your battery. So if it's at 99% it's going to say that rather than 100%. So if you want to know that, just look at the display back button on the back. Your camera. Press that until the LCD on the back of the camera shows you the information up in the far right hand corner. It's very small, so you gotta look very carefully for it.
