Let's do mom and the little ones. So, let's... Who wants to go first with mommy? Me! Okay, Allie. Let's let Allie, Anna, 'cause I think you can handle a... We don't want any meltdowns. Okay, so go ahead and pick her up and tummy to tummy like we did earlier, okay? (groans) Okay, good. Like that, yep. (all talking) Okay, snuggle right into her and turn your face towards her like this. You know what, Allie, touch right here, look. Can you touch right here? Can you touch mom's necklace, can you touch right here? Then snuggle right into her cheek. Turn towards her and kinda breathe her in, okay? (camera clicking) Good job. I don't know what's goin' on here. And again, just look right down at her. Allie, look at mommy, honey. Good job. Trying to get her little hands on her neck, but she keeps... Love it, oh my God. I want you to just spin her around in a circle. Ready, set. Ready, set. Ready, go! (groaning) Perfect. Okay, you can put her down. Alright, cutie, your turn with momma. And this is actually... They tend that, when I say who wants to have a turn with mom, they're like me, me, me. They like this, and I feel like that's what I'm trying to make it is time spent with family, right? So, now we're having time with momma. It's just a fun, intimate, relaxing situation. Okay, so turn towards me like that. Perfect, how did you know I was gonna... Seriously, you guys. Okay, now look right up at her and let your hair... Actually, do a total switch. Yeah, yeah. I like your hair that way, there. (laughing) I like your hair that way. Oh, your hair is so pretty, gorgeous. Gorgeous, yep. Put one of your hands on her cheek right there. Yep, just like that. (camera clicking) Beautiful, now squat down so you can be kinda down with her. Ready, let her go, let her go, and then put your faces right next to each other, okay? So, bring her in. Come close, come like in between her like... (all mumbling) Want her to stand or squat? I want her to stand. Can you kiss momma on her forehead? My forehead. I want hands in here, put your hand up like that. Go ahead and look up at her a little bit more. Perfect, okay. (laughing) Alright, stand up. Okay, I'm gonna put her in front of you like this and just hold on to her like that. Let's get that hair out. And then kind of how you're standing, kind of lean over and... Other side and look at her like that. You stay just like that, yep. Perfect. I like hair, if you can't tell. (laughing) I'm all about the hair. I just think it's such a pretty way... Can I smile? You can smile if you want to. Do you feel like smiling? There. Beautiful, perfect. Okay, hey, Allie. Come give mom a big squeeze, okay? Both of you guys just give mom a hug. You too, Anna, hug momma. Look down at them. Don't look at me. There we go, perfect. Okay. Perfect, alright, you guys can take a little break. (sighs) Okay. So cute. How's it going over here? You guys all awake, we're good? Alright, so here we are. I'm just showing some of the stuff that I do. Mom and child. Okay, so now we're gonna bring dad in and do dad shots. It was pointed out to me that I often turn dads, turn them to the back. I don't know why I do that, but I just... I'm gonna try not to do that today. Okay. (laughing) One of you's gotta go first. Who's it gonna be? I wanna go first. Okay. Come on over, cutie. So, go ahead and pick her up. The same thing, and I want you to do the same thing. I want you to go right into her cheek and sort of just breathe her in, okay? So, just take a nice deep breath. (camera clicking) Good job. Can you put your hand on daddy's face? Does it feel bumpy? Can you put your hand right here? She's looking at the pi... She's distracted by seeing herself over there. Love it, perfect. Allie. Good job. Perfect, okay, let's get Anna in here. Come here, sweetie. Okay, can you pick her up? Yeah, pick her up. Go nose to nose with your daddy, can you do that? (camera clicking) (laughing) Give her... Actually, wrap your arms around his neck and just... Can you lay down on his shoulder? Other side? Other side, yeah. Just like that. Turn towards me like this a little bit. Perfect, and just kind of look towards her. Like yeah, just like that. Pretty girl, and put one of your hands up on her back. Alright, perfect. Okay, we're gettin' through this. We're bangin' them out. (laughing) There it goes. Okay, nice work, guys. I know, are you guys okay? Yeah. Yeah, it's warm in here. (mumbling) So, we have examples just in case the family couldn't deliver, but they could.

is super knowledgable, yet down-to-earth and relatable. I love how he explains the exact gear he uses but also describes ways to accomplish the same look using DIY and less expensive alternatives. The segment where he demos a live shoot in multiple, difficult lighting situations is worth the cost of the class alone! Bonus: He's super funny. He could probably double as a comedian on the side, but I digress. This class was informative, funny, and very practical for any photographer that wants to increase their profit and expand their business into the professional world. He gives all his prices and workflows so you can get up and running in 2 days! :) Awesome class overall, and it's a great sequel to his professional headshot class (which I also bought and loved.)

I am totally in tears watching this, and think that every person going into Photography should watch these. She is a great teacher, and helps us to understand our "why" so much better. I also LOVE that she helps one feel confident with the non-perfect, (or so called) shots, Thank you so much for giving me more confidence to shot what I love and not worry about "rules!!". Best class I've taken I will recommend her to every group I am in!!!

Elena is a great presenter. Delivers information in a very fun and engaging way. This course would be good for a beginner photographer. She shares the basics, but unfortunately doesn't quite provide advice on the more tricky questions. She shares a lot about her current state of business (10 years in and making enough profit to afford hiring staff). This is great to know what to aim for, however, it would be more beneficial to hear more about HOW to get to this stage. The main idea that I took from this course is: outsource as many processes as you can. Elena doesn't have a very distinctive style (no offence, but there is a huge competition in the style and editing that she works with), I would love to hear her advice on how to win in such high competition, how to convince clients to choose you and pay higher price tag for an equal quality of work. This is a fairly inexpensive class, so I would recommend it to the beginners, but not to the more experienced photographers.
