Bonus Video: Align Band
As we're going through all these exercises, we are using the align band. (soft electronic music) What is interesting about this, is it includes a door anchor. So, it's very simple. You just take the door anchor and you attach it to a door, make sure you're pulling the door shut, and then it can be hanging from various different levels. If you do not specifically have the align band, but you do happen to have some resistance bands lying around, particularly around like this tension or so, is really ideal tension. You could just tie that band around any kind of bar or post, or something sturdy enough to be able to hold your weight. And then, you could also maybe perhaps find makeshift, some kind of door anchor scenario as well. But I'm using the align band. And we'll include a link for it here as well. Be interested in that.
