Common Challenges
now with all that said, there are a few challenges that are really common in small business owners that you may actually want to work on, not because it's going to set your business up for success, but because it will set your life and your business up for more joy, more freedom and more of that impact and profit. That's why you started the business in the first place. So some of those things that I actually really commonly look like speaking up for challenges with speaking up for yourself, saying what you mean and asking for what you need, getting the help that you actually need, um managing your time and your energy well and with intention um saying no saying no to certain kinds of offerings or services or products that are really hard on you or your team to provide, sometimes saying no to revenue, sometimes saying no to specific customers if you're in a service based business. neurs who feel the sort of financial heat, but it almost never turns out well to say yes to a piece of business or client or to doing a project that I really really don't want to do. Um, one challenge that's fairly common among entrepreneurs that is worth identifying in this inventory is um the challenge of creating really great self care and boundaries around work and how and how much you work, um understanding that your your business and the work you do and the revenue you create is not your identity, it's not even your worthiness as a person. These are two separate things. Um, so those are some of the challenges that I really, really do see as very common among entrepreneurs and this stage of humanity and this moment in time that are worth identifying if those are patterns that you have within you, so that you can be more joyful and more energized in your business and in your life

I was lucky enough to have my business grow through the pandemic, but loved and appreciated this class asking me to take a moment to reflect and realign with the lessons I've learned, and reconsider my goals for the future. Really lovely short class!
