Swing
Using timing tools creatively swing the swing parameter, adjust the timing of offbeat notes relative to the grid, increasing the swing value introduces a shuffle or swing fill by delaying offbeat notes slightly while decreasing, the swing value reduces this effect. Using the swing function when quantis adds groove and swing to your music, imparting a natural and human like feel to rigidly quantize rhythms. I'm going to add swing to just the high hat pattern in this groove while keeping the kick and snare snapped to the grid.
