What is the purpose of steps two and three in starting a photography business?
The purpose is to understand the customer's needs and wants and select a product that best fits their desires.
Should photographers dictate what customers need or give them what they want?
Photographers should give customers what they want and let them tell what they need.
How can photographers present their recommended products to customers?
By reiterating the customer's vision and using their language to help them visualize the product and how it fits their needs and desires.
Why is visualization important in selling photography products?
Visualization helps customers connect emotionally with the product and can be a powerful sales technique.
How should an IPS (In-Person Sales) model photographer present pricing during a consultation?
The photographer should walk the customer through the experience, allow them to appreciate the value, and then present the price list at the end of the consultation.
Should photographers provide a wide range of options in their pricing or simplify it?
It is recommended to simplify the pricing options to make it easier for customers to make a decision and reduce overwhelm.
When should photographers present the price list to customers?

Why is silence important during the presentation of pricing?
Silence allows customers to think and process the information, and it can indicate that they understand and appreciate the value.

Been following this guy forever. Pye Jirsa may be well known in the wedding & portrait photography world and if there is something that this guy knows it is how to create a business, a sustainable one. The workbook he provided is comprehensive, and I honestly wish I had this when I first started out as a photographer! I love that he talks about his failures, keeping it real and honest for anyone starting out. He is definitely one of the best instructors around, super humble, down to earth and with a sense of humor to boot. The course is worth it! THE WORKBOOK is AMAZING! SUPER DETAILED!
