To just make this all really riel so I just shared earlier that I am an absolute addict to thank you notes and sharing. So I got this fabulous little note that just came in, and so thank you killing for sending me this unlinked and she says dp out it I've been watching you and creative life. I'd love to follow your articles, I congratulate you on overcoming a true tulip. Nicely put, you have encouraged me to press on and not grow weary in my personal pursuit as creative entrepreneur. So thank you so much for sharing that. Please do share your ah ha moments and your trial tribulations if you out there on twitter, facebook or wherever you are do use the hashtag built authority and share your stories get active in the chat rooms I want to hear from you it's important for us to see that we are making that kind of an impact and that we're changing the way you look at your business and that we make you the authority in the subject. I want to just share a couple things over lunch sort of that...
transpired because it's always nice to see what really happens with the audience, so we just had a great laugh with daryl do share your block post idea, which is hilarious. That last one there both of them we'll just uh I think you asked it a little bit about what? My intention and I made the comment my I'm intending to make it a happy hour yes and so I thought well and then you turn that into a block post of how being efficient on the shoot it helps me get to happy hour and I love that idea u s o s o darrow's clients don't make it a happy hour five minutes before the happy hours over and then have to order two drinks at once but they actually make it there at the beginning of the happy hour because this is for exception it's was shooting and what was the other idea? Well, then the other block was three things my clients did with their ex time and it could be just, you know, a fun, playful, whatever they might have done with their extra time or link make it to happy hour thing there's your inbound link again. Thie other one I wanted to share. Stephan you had said something really awesome over lunch about the I think I feel an observation you had so I would like to invite you to share that place. Yeah, I was I was just, you know, thinking about doing the blood posting exercise of things that I might want to talk about that reflected back on my understanding of photography and how to work in that space and based off your story we keep it into the concept of we need to be prepared for the I feel culture and that's coming because of promise and women in our culture and so the block post I was going to write with something to the effect of why men are male photographers and need to be prepared for the I feel culture and you know, three reasons why are one it's inevitable two it's not a threat necessarily and free and that may be the biggest one it's a huge opportunity because when I was a cultural shift like that it changes the vocabulary that we need to communicate and that specifically translates the type of imagery we need to create to, you know, feed markets and and that that dialogue so that's what I was king and that there was a strong shift. So what I like about what you have shared and sort of the way you approach it is that when you apply the logic or the interests or your personal observations now sharing this is easy because what's happening is a conversation it's now starting in your head where you have recognized something is happening that I need to be paying attention to, so with that in mind, you know, and this came from you watching how we for you know cat how cats story in the hot seat came from this emotional perspective than all of a sudden it had this really reality based quality to it was like wait a minute that is happening she's not feeling this because she is burned out but she's feeling this because she's sensing feeling a shift in the market that she is reacting to perhaps rogers bell as an innovator but because she's an innovation is no clue what to do with it because she is so far out in the field that you know everybody is going to come after her so how can that possibly be anything that is supporting that but the indicators of there so now you picking up on this so you can also be sort of in that innovative aspect of it saying how much more powerful is it when a process oriented man talks about how I learned to feel in business look even better because everybody's going to go wait man feeling in business what's happening here so that's the type of stuff that's the connections were really looking for that's the stuff that makes people literally stop and go what did just happen and they read that and there will be people that relate to that especially as we all know men who are fathers often have daughters how many men have I spoken to that say I just wished I could understand the female the woman, my wife, my girlfriend, my daughter there just so emotional because women feel so if we were to give the man the tools and this is all off script because you know, this just sort of came up, which I like because it makes it really authentic on what we're doing here this is not just some I'm sort of theoretical idea, but this is stuff that's really happening live here so what if we were to take the idea off? We're going to women are going to teach men how to feel and men are going to teach women on how to think not that women can't think or feel not that men can think or feel but think or feel in that perspective of the masculine and the feminine as we're now changing, you know, male dominated business environment and we adding that that that female it input and we are allowing the women centric and in them women's code I have gone as far as identified women leadership attributes you will find that in my book happy woman happy world there's a chapter called leadership on cue and in the in the female world leadership on cue means compassion, uniqueness and empowerment, which is in comparison to what identified in the male world as p s p power strategy persuasion so if we have in in the in the team's right the three elements of this in the three elements of this and we bring them together and now we have the strategy, the power, the persuasion along with the empowerment, the compassion, the uniqueness and each you know comes together. Can you even imagine how powerful we will be together when all these ideas are brought to the table? So for the audience life out there, if you are somewhere in that spectrum and you're sensing that you have a voice to contribute to the conversation, this is probably the most powerful come a conversation that I am seeing right now, and it has been brought forward by people like you to hannah the millennials because the millennials say I refused to be anything that already exist. I refused to follow any rules that somebody else had written. I refused to I I refuse period my daughter, but so what does that mean? It means that the rules once again have been challenged. The last time we saw such a challenge to the existing rules was in the sixties where, you know, all of a sudden everything shifted, so there is a huge cultural shift, so be part of that and which is why I to me it is so exciting to be here and working with you and you out there about the authority platform, because this is an incredible opportunity to be a trail placer. To be somebody who is in the early part of this cultural shift. Who says, hey, look at me in a good way. I have something to contribute and amplified.

Beate Chelette delivered so much value with so much style and grace that it was a "no-brainer" decision on the 2nd day -- I needed to own "Grow Your Business as the Authority In Your Space"! This is material I can really go back to and mine for nuggets over and over -- PLUS, I can't wait to get a closer look at the workbook (and start trying out the exercises of course!). Beate's surprisingly broad expertise coupled with her polish and professionalism made each day's programming a true joy to watch. She is a wonderful role model for all of us nascent women entrepreneurs -- and obviously, men will find her lessons just as empowering. Thank you, CreativeLive and a special thank you to Beate Chelette!
