Producing Drums in FL Studio
And if we could distort this way pretty common kind of electoral base kind of thing like this is put this but eat anything put a low past both iran and you've got all zedd like that's pretty that's pretty common there that there I don't know how he does it play me does all the ways of doing that obviously but it's just this is I think a much simpler way which has been different for may I attended tend to complicate things I like right now we're getting the part where it started and startinto requiring missing and of course the idea that I have not even using myself I don't have jobs yet so the way this works is usually a raise I'll have I have ah channel where this's my side change able is where I'll be right all the stuff isn't the sub and a high pass it leveling is very important to basically I probably don't like talked about leveling out only point supposed to because I have been talking about mixing and that like as much as much as compression and queuing and all stuff is the supe...
r important leveling should be like your first line of defense like that's the first thing you should be doing because oftentimes a lot of the problems that you would try to particularly sof legalizing repression that kind of thing could be just as easily is off by reasonable application of what we like way to go. Okay, I was just weird like the stack our layer here is pretty ok being crushed by this and this would also be whether be ability all right before you know that was actually it's um drums up in this because the kind important terms are important sure, uh, try super hard to make those out amazing this one and that one but kind of our faves to use at the snares of the vale of l wear six a m sometimes this house is like, why? Like before my tracks were nfl, none of these samples the groove channel with the group samples were in there that those air from a thing called groove machine, which is nfl plugin. But it's, an external thing is designed to be like you play loops and you performing whatever it's very simplistic, but it came with a lot of really nice samples, and so I decided to use that as, like a drum machine because he could do a whole bunch of other stuff. But I get why the samples and because I was trying to use only f l stuff, but at the time, the f l samples were just so bad and it's not really just said there were bad this is that they're designed for just a different genre they're designed for, like hip hop through and through and that as a as a good percussion angle is a lot weirder and random and outside that like electro kind of electronic stuff is so that this meant that it took serious work to make the nfl stock samples were but I still want to do you know use I think I'm using a felony the thing s o but so I kind of just used the group machine is kind of cheat will that and uh there is like ok we'll just use the samples let's put them nfl like all right that's how the problem on the story yeah I asked like there was re elected because it means that when inside jane stuff I'll let you decide chain from one source sorry doesn't say ducking ducking for what source doc right there there should be a crash they have definitely finding a crash sound designing a crash find the crash very much to do there a lot of people would also choose the kind of use white noise that this part is just traveling about mixing things just having white noise in a built up in follows and built up falls that kind of thing that's totally fine it's just that I like I tend to what it is like the most in organic thing which is a term I hate using I think make a somewhat organic humans no but like he was a squishy but like noise that by its nature is just the most unrelated sound it doesn't realize anything from anything is not in anything it doesn't have any kind of remark profile whatsoever because it's noise and I prefer to kind of want to relate to the songs, so usually I make some kind of white ish wash sounding thing out of hats because they're from this author in song and I kind of believed to it that's usually why do that kind of thing? But white noise is easier and it does sound professional because professional tracks they're full of it like sometimes way even more than is necessary, but by its incredibly huge long shot that the longer shot in the universe because these way too much noise and that's the noise. But if you try doing this, just calling it still with some professional that's probably why? Because you want to use white noise sounds super prue bro pro bro, you go probably only a broke bro pro I crack myself up there, I'm making the lead now. Oh, now lead. So desire is interesting, and people often wonder why I don't have like a how to lead syria's have howto based syria's gonna have lied to you that you actually have a hot only in syria for videos long? But the reason why head down is because bass sound design harmonically has so much more to work with then leads, because you point higher, don't you have, like, five harmonics to work with you more about that diminished about? And this means that the amount of things that you can actually do with a lead, our super limited, I tried, finally got a ton of time down. So now I can mano it up. So that does this kind of leave, and you can do. Yeah, well, that was always, like a little bit of time in unison, theo, that kind of thing and it's, like kind of natural tour around the fundamentally you have lower front of towns, and then he kind of filter that out, and you get it, and then you distorted and you accentuate, like because of the century, the higher the higher figure was less and more on that kind of thing. And I want to kind of mimic that by turning the phaser on. And I'm asking out, um, everything up top.

Lots of helpful information here but it would be even better if the instructor spoke more clearly. He speeds up and mumbles dramatically toward the end of each sentence making it pretty difficult to hear what he's saying. If you do more classes, please work with a video or speech producer to improve the delivery. Thanks!
