Sending Files

Okay. So now let's talk about file types. So I have my art board prepared and I'm actually gonna well, first I'll save my illustrator file. But then yeah, give it a second here. I'm gonna save as we'll go to actually an E. P. S. File. The standard Ai files are great. But E P S files are the client has the option to open them in the app preview. Which is uh at least on the Mac. It's a very common app. If you send a client and a I file and they don't have the vector software on their current computer, they won't be able to open it and check it out. So let's see. I'll save it as a illustrator ups and then. Mhm. I believe the art boards and I wanted to send were two through three. Okay. Mhm. You stick with the latest option if you can but sometimes clients will have older versions. So here in this palette you can actually say for an older version of illustrator if they need you to. Okay, give that a second. Once you have that, I create a new folder with these. Call it something like final ...

logo. And then lastly no working. You can control click on the folder and compress the file and then you can send this zip through email to your client. So that wraps it up with sending your files to the client. Mm hmm. Yeah. Yeah.
