Class Recap
Here's what we did today. This is what you sat through, good job. Even great job. Every course I'm gonna do this, I'm gonna tell you great work, 'cause you sat through this and you participated. Why coaching, how we grow, key concepts, key techniques, and accountability, okay. That's what we did today. And the biggest ideas I wanna leave you with, these are my intentions, is I hope you can see coaching as a lifestyle. You don't have to be called Coach in your LinkedIn profile or on your business card to have coaching as a lifestyle. It weaves into everything we do. There are levels to this game. The reason I love coaching so much is because it's so much detail, there's so much to learn. You're coaching people on how to perform better in life. There's so much complexity there, so just know and embrace the levels. Start with the level you're at and then keep going. There's so much to learn and grow. And then your approach will evolve as you evolve. You are a living organism in a living s...
ystem, a system of living organisms. And that system is dynamic. So what is needed in the culture or from people is going to evolve. You, as a human being, are gonna evolve. There are some fundamentals we can rely on, there are some common biology that we all share, and techniques that will work, but just know things will continue to evolve, and they'll evolve as you evolve. So, that's what I hope leaves you with some excitement and curiosity about who am I now and also who will I become as I go on this journey? And with that, I just wanna thank you for your time, for being with me, it's really a pleasure to be with you today. And I would love to get a round of applause for you for participating. (clapping)

I recommend it but I must say I was sometimes lost and don't get what I was supposed to understand (frameworks, models... what are they exactly?). Like, ok, you will figure out yourself and I don't. I am not sure I can go back to my work and put into practice what I listen to today. A lot of great information but not enough examples, I would say.
