Class Introduction
Welcome to this Lightroom Classic CC course. I am so excited to have you here before we jump into the lessons. I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. If you haven't taken a course from me. My name is Phil eh banner and I'm a professional photographer who has been creating top rated courses taken by thousands of students around the world. In this course, I'm going to show you how to edit photos using Lightroom Classic CC. You're in the right course, right? It's important to know that this course is for the updated Lightroom Classic CC app and not the cloud based Lightroom CC app. I created this course with the 2018 version of Lightroom Classic CC. Not much has changed since then, but we'll make sure to update it if there are any major changes to Lightroom. If you're taking an older version of Lightroom Classic CC or the oldest version. Original version of Lightroom CC, that's perfectly fine too. You'll be able to follow along. We designed this course to take you from absolute ...
beginner with no experience using Lightroom to advance user feeling comfortable and confident using this amazing application. You can see from the course, outline that we start with importing and organizing the photos. The bulk of this course covers all of the different ways you can edit your photos to make them look awesome. We go over all of the tools and the development module and then show you how to export high quality images so you can share them with your friends and family. When I learned Light room for the first time, I loved watching tutorials by photographers that show the entire process of editing a photo from scratch and that's why. Later in the course, I've added several complete photo edits showing you different styles of editing. Make sure you download the practice files in the next lesson as you'll be using them throughout the entire course. I hope you're ready to jump into light room and start learning and I'll see you in the next lesson. Thanks.
